May-Bird and the Ever After part 2
Are you still enjoying May-Bird and the Ever After? I really loved reading your responses in the last blog entry about this book. I was especially proud of the comments and suggestions you made to one another. In this blog entry I would like you to pose questions to the class about May-Bird and the Ever After. Be sure to use "fat" questions. If you need help forming them, use the link from our assignment page to view some question starts or click here to give you some ideas. Try to use some higher order questioning. We are just asking questions :)

Dear Class,
I have lots of questions about the book May-Bird and the Ever After. How would you have reacted if you were May and saw the people jumping out of the burning hotel?
Dear Class,
I have a question about May-Bird and the Ever After. How did May Bird feel when she saw the ghosts walking around her house?
What would happen if you were the one that got stuck in the ever after? Do you think there is a better solution of getting out then what May Bird is trying to do?
Why is May Bird going to see the Undertaker with the other ghost?
This blog is in response to Billy bob's question. I think she started to go in the woods because of the letter she got in the Post Office.
I have a respone for Queen Neptune,I think it is a good thing because she is kind of making new friends.Like punpkin and maybe she never been in a caveand played jail break.Maybe she never saw a person that gives of light. That is why I think it was good that she went into the woods.
Doctor Monkey, What May-Bird saw was a light in the water swimming a round.
In response to ice cream, If she got stuck in the ever after she would probably get seen, and someone will blow their whistle. Then the boogey man will come and turn her into a ghost. I think their is a better solution to getting out. She can go with Pumpkin and get threw his portal or grave.
Dear queen neptune,
I will answer your question with my opinion. I think May-Bird going into the woods was a bad and good idea because it was bad that she disrespected her mother and went in the woods. I think it was a good idea because it made the story more interesting in my opinion.
Queen Neptune,
I think May going into the woods was a bad and good thing. I think that because May falling into the lake and getting stuck in the ever after showed her all about the ghost and she met some ghost. It was bad because she was stuck and could not see her mom and cat. I also think that was bad because she could be stuck there forever.
Blondie, After May-Bird fell in the pond she woke up and saw Pumkin standing there then heard dogs barking.
Dear tiny,
After May got pulled in to the lake she went to the other realm and pumpkin tried to talk to May but May was too scared to talk to him.
Dear queen neptune, I think May-Bird made the right chose to go in the woods because if she didnt she wouldent make new friend.
Dear Scooter,
Pumkin would get scered and look for May and think that one of the spirts killed her.
Dear Queen neptune,
I think it was a bad idea for May to go in to the woods because she could get stuck there and she could get in trouble because her mom told her not to go in the woods.
This is a response to Billy Bob, May bird wanted to go into the woods because she wanted to see her mother and Somber Kitty. If May Bird stayed in the ever after she would probably get caught and the boogey or the undertaker will probably hurt her.Maby it could be even worse...
Scooter the answer to your question is the boogieman will get her and kill her.
Mrs. Blanco,
If I was May and I saw ghosts jumping out of a burning hotel I would scream, then I would turn around and ask Pumpkin and Arista “What in the world are they doing?
Arista would probably say they're just playing around. I would say “Playing around? That’s playing around? That’s not funny! This is a very weird dimension!”
A response to Queen Neptune’s question. I think it was a bad thing to go in the wood because she did not ask her mom and there are a lot of spies there. But now she is stuck in the ever after and that is why I think it was bad to go in the woods
